What We Do
Service to the Nation. Service to one another. We preserve and enhance the legacy of the 10th Mountain Division — past, present, and future.
Preserve and enhance the legacy of the 10th Mountain Division.
The 10th Mountain Division is a light infantry division of the U.S. Army based at Fort Drum, New York. Since reactivation in 1985, it has become the most deployed division in the U.S. military — with 20+ deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan since 2001.
“Our charge is twofold — service to the Nation by supporting the active division, and service to one another through scholarships, the Service Dog program, memorials, and the bonds of our chapters.”

Light Infantry. Fort Drum. Most Deployed.
The 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) is the most-deployed division in the U.S. Army since 2001 — with operations across Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and continued mountain & arctic training.
Headquartered at Fort Drum, New York, the division carries forward the lineage of the WWII alpine troops who broke the Gothic Line in 1945.
